How to prepare cupcakes:

1 Butter room temperature, mixed with sugar and beat until creamy state.
2 Add oil to the eggs, mix well.
3 Add sour cream and mix. Add vanilla extract.
4 Flour mixed with baking powder and sift into the batter and mix until uniform.
5 Prepare the cream for decoration. To this cream boil and add them into particulate chocolate.
6 Give the chocolate is melted and stir gently whisking whisk. Cool the cream, it is slightly thickened.
7 Molds for baking fill 1/3 of the dough and bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 25-30 minutes.
