How to prepare banana pancakes:

1 Bananas peeled, cut into pieces, shift into a bowl of a blender, add the eggs, milk and sugar.
2 Beat all into a homogeneous mass, add to it the flour and quickly mix the dough, but not uniformly.
3 The resulting dough out onto a hot frying pan with oil and fry banana fritters on all sides, until they are browned.
4 Arrange the finished pancakes on plates and garnish with sliced ​​bananas.
