Spicy chicken with mango
How to prepare spicy chicken with mango:
1 Chicken breasts cut middle-sized cubes.
2 Mango peel and cut into cubes, too.
3 Garlic Crush.
4 Mix in a large bowl 2 teaspoons basil 2 teaspoons chili powder, dip into the mix chicken breast, stir, season with salt.
5 Fry the chopped garlic in olive oil over medium heat for 1-2 minutes. Make sure to not burn the garlic.
6 Add the chicken and cook for another 10-15 minutes (until tender). Put the chicken in a warm oven or microwave, so it does not cool down.
7 Cut the red pepper and fry it in a pan from under the chicken, adding a little olive oil if necessary.
8 When the red pepper fry a little, add the mango, cinnamon, brown sugar, wine, chili sauce, or tangy chili powder.
9 Extinguish the sauce a few minutes until the mango is warm and not become slightly soft.
10 Add the chicken to the sauce and stew together for about a minute.
11 Serve this chicken very well with white rice.
