How to prepare ginger balls:

1 Dates are washed, cleaned of seeds and place in a blender with the remaining ingredients. Grind until uniform. Spoon to mix the mass in a blender, if necessary.
2 Form balls, roll in cocoa and place in refrigerator for integration of flavors (preferably overnight). Keep the same place, in the refrigerator, not more than a week.
