powdered sugar 80 g
water 250 ml
cherry 800 g

How to prepare cherry sorbet:

1 Cherries can be taken frozen, pitted. Fresh cherries from the bones clean.
2 Put all ingredients in a blender.
3 Beat until smooth.
4 Transfer to a storage container and place in freezer.
5 Stir with a fork every 30 minutes for 2-3 hours.
6 Once again whisk blender. If you want a more gentle and soft sorbet, serve immediately. Otherwise, put in the freezer to pour.
7 Before serving, hold at room temperature for 5-10 minutes.
