salt taste
avocado 1 pc.
ground black pepper taste
parsley 1 sheaf
rice 120 g
pumpkin seeds taste
lime 1 pc.

How to prepare rice with avocado, lime and parsley:

1 Avocado knead into a puree, add the lime juice.
2 Boil the rice. Mix the still hot rice with avocado puree, add 1 tsp lime zest, chopped parsley, salt, pepper and pumpkin seeds.
3 Gently stir and serve immediately!
