Cauliflower in crispy batter
How to prepare cauliflower in crispy batter:
1 Make a batter: whisk, beat flour, egg and beer. Season with salt and pepper. Batter gives a very crisp thanks to the beer.
2 Parse cauliflower into florets. I like large pieces, but can be made smaller.
3 We throw the cabbage in boiling salted water, cook for 5-7 minutes.
4 Cabbage recline in a colander, wait until cool down a bit and the water drain well. Heat the oil in the pan approximately 1 cm in depth. Cabbage slices dipped in batter.
5 Fry until golden brown on all sides. Finished pieces are passed on to a paper towel to stёk excess fat.
