Chicken soup with zucchini
How to prepare chicken soup with zucchini:
1 Fry onion over medium heat in a tablespoon of oil until soft, then add the garlic and cook for another minute.
2 Cut the pepper into cubes, place in a saucepan with the onion and garlic, and cook for 5 minutes, cover the pan lid, stirring occasionally.
3 Courgettes are also cut into cubes, and together with marjoram put in a pan with pepper, simmer, covered 7 minutes.
4 Pour into the pan with vegetable broth, place the pureed tomatoes, bring to the boil.
5 Cut the chicken breasts into cubes, put in a pan, cover and cook over low heat for 5-8 minutes.
6 Season with salt and pepper to taste.
