How to prepare chocolate muffins:
1 Heat oven to 210 c, Cover the baking tray with baking paper.
2 Mix flour with baking powder, baking soda, salt and sugar in a large bowl. Hands rub butter into flour mixture.
3 Pour in the milk and knead the dough.
4 Mash it on board sprinkled with flour and roll out into a rectangle of 3 mm thick.
5 Cut the rectangle into 12 equal parts, and each lay out the pieces of chocolate (the higher the better).
6 Chocolate custard in pastry. Buns lubricate the beaten egg. And bake until golden brown.
