milk 1000 ml
salt 3 g
vegetable oil 10 ml
sugar 30 g
chicken egg 2 pc.
wheat flour 600 g
yeast 20 g

How to prepare lush yeast pancakes:

1 Rub the yeast with 1 tsp sugar up to a state of pulp.
2 Add 240 ml of warm milk and 1 tablespoon flour, stir and leave until bubbles.
3 Separate the yolks from the whites.
4 In a bowl with the yeast pour the remaining milk, add sugar, salt, egg yolks and stir well.
5 Gradually vsyp sifted flour, knead the dough consistency of sour cream. Cover with towel and leave in a warm place for 30-60 minutes to increase by half.
6 In coming up the dough add the vegetable oil.
7 Protein shake up in foam and gently put into the dough paddle.
8 Bake in the preheated pan, grease it with oil just before the first pancake.
