How to prepare cottage cheese bagels:
1 Knead the dough-based cheese. Butter cut into several pieces and lightly mash with a fork. If the cheese is soft, add it to the butter and stir until smooth. If the fermented milk product consists of chunks rather dry, it is recommended to carefully knead.
2 A pinch of baking soda, quenched in two tablespoons of yogurt, add directly to the cottage cheese. Add the flour, salt, sugar and knead the dough.
3 Cottage cheese dough into 4 parts. Each part should be rolled in a circle and then divided into segments. The width of each segment - this is the length of the bagel. Tube slides down from the wide to the narrow end.
4 Cottage cheese bagels lay on perforated baking tray and bake for 15-20 minutes.
5 Give bagels to cool slightly, then sprinkle them with powdered sugar, and can be ready to shift bagels on a beautiful dish.
