How to prepare quick muffins without eggs and yeast:
1 Mix the flour with salt, baking powder and sugar. Mix yogurt and butter. Often adding the flour, knead the dough. Put the dough on a floured work surface and divide into 8-10 equal parts.
2 To form part of each bun and put on a baking sheet covered with baking paper.
3 Put in a preheated 210-220 degree oven for 15-20 minutes. Bake until golden brown.
