Chicken liver in a rural
How to prepare chicken liver in a rural:
1 Cook the eggs in boiling water boiled. Cool under cold water and clean.
2 Preheat the grill. Put the liver on grill and cook for 3 minutes on each side. Transfer to a cutting board and chop finely. Use only the chicken livers, it has a more delicate flavor. Cut all hands not to get pate.
3 Melt chicken fat (or take the sunflower oil) in a frying pan over medium heat. Put the chopped onion and sauté until soft, stirring occasionally, until it begins to brown. Add the livers and sauté for 1 minute. Remove from heat and transfer to a bowl.
4 Add chopped eggs, salt and pepper. Mix well and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
5 Serve small portions on a plate with fresh cucumbers and tomatoes, pickles and pickled beets.
