Mushroom sauce is ideal for buckwheat porridge, spaghetti and mashed potatoes. You can make it out of ordinary mushrooms, but you can of fresh forest mushroom - sauce then get even more fragrant and tastier.

cream 250 ml
butter taste
bulb onions 3 pc.
wheat flour 20 g
mushrooms 400 g

How to prepare sauce with mushrooms:

1 Mushrooms Boil until tender, then fry in butter.
2 Onions chop and put it to the mushrooms. Fry all the ingredients are still 9-10 minutes, a lot of salt.
3 Then sprinkle the mushrooms and onions with flour, stir and pour in the cream. Bring to a boil and remove pan from heat.
4 Leave a mushroom gravy to infuse for a few minutes.
