A quick bean salad
You know, it happens all: a reluctance to cook in a restaurant to go reluctant, but also do not want dumplings for dinner. For such cases, there are five-minute dishes.
How to prepare a quick bean salad:
1 Cut the celery into small pieces.
2 Chop the red onion and parsley.
3 Mix these ingredients with both types of beans.
4 Separately, whisk together the vinegar, sugar, olive oil, salt and pepper. Fill the salad sauce.
5 Take a salad for a while in the fridge, to the beans soaked dressing.
