Chicken cutlets in cheese batter
This dish was a favorite in my menu. Firstly, because of a small piece of fillet get a lot of chops, secondly, cooked very quickly and, thirdly, the meat has a unique taste of the cheese.
How to prepare chicken cutlets in cheese batter:
1 It is necessary that the fillet was slightly frostbitten (if you it was frozen - let it thaw a little when it was fresh - put it in the freezer for a short while), so it would be better to cut into thin slices.
3 Discourage through plastic bag (the fillet does not break and does not stick to the malleus).
4 Grate cheese (if you have it in a jar soft, just put it in a bowl).
5 Hammer eggs.
6 Pour the milk.
7 Add the spices.
8 Add the flour.
9 Whisk or electric mixer until smooth.
10 Slice the fillet roll on both sides in the breadcrumbs.
11 Dip in batter.
12 Again, roll in breadcrumbs.
13 Put on a heated frying pan with sunflower oil and fry on both sides until golden brown.
14 From 2 fillets I came 20 chops. I am sure that once you try, you will also prepare the chops constantly.
