How to prepare zavyvantsi with cinnamon and raisins:

1 All products have to be at room temperature. Combine flour, yeast, salt and half of the sugar.
2 Mix the milk, egg, half the butter. Combine dry and liquid ingredients - dough.
3 The dough should be soft and non-sticky. Cover with a cloth and leave in a warm place for an hour. An hour later, bring down and leave for another 15 minutes Soak the raisins in boiling water. Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
4 Roll out the dough into a rectangular layer, melt the remnants of butter and grease the dough. Sprinkle with the remaining sugar and cinnamon, put raisins. Fold the dough into a roll, cut into slices about 1.5 cm.
