How to prepare cupcakes "red velvet":

10 For the cream, we need: 260 gr. cream cheese, 250 gr. oil, 200 gr. powdered sugar, 2 teaspoons vanilla sugar. Butter and cream cheese should be at room temperature. Beat butter with powdered sugar food processor for 10 minutes to white. Add the vanilla sugar and a tablespoon of warm milk, mix well. Add the cream cheese and mix until smooth wooden spatula. Decorate cupcakes on your own.
