Chicken breast in cream, yummy
What could be simpler chicken in cream sauce, cooked in the oven? Only chicken in sour cream!
How to prepare chicken breast in cream, yummy:
1 Cut the fillet of middle-sized pieces and potato straws. Prepare the filling by mixing cream and ketchup in equal shares. Onions finely chop and fry in hot oil until golden brown.
2 Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Put in a refractory form of onions, potatoes and chicken on top and pour the sauce. Put in the oven after 15 minutes, remove the form, salt and pepper and mix, then bake until done.
