How to prepare drunken apples to a romantic dinner on the day of st. valentine's day!:
1 Apples (preferably of the same size), rinse, remove the seeds and very carefully remove the pulp (do not throw it, it still is useful), leaving tails. Clear from the skin.

4 Add onion to the minced meat, apples, mustard seeds, thyme, salt to taste and mix well.
5 Try as closely as possible to fill the stuffing apples.
6 Prepare the sauce. The container in which to prepare the apples, put the cranberries, sugar, lemon peel, cinnamon and pour the wine. Put on fire and, stirring, bring to a boil.
7 Put apples in a boiling sauce, cover and cook over low heat for 20 minutes. Remove cover and cook without it for 10 minutes.
8 If you have enough endurance and patience, leave the apples for 12 hours in a sauce, removing them on the bottom shelf of the refrigerator. And if not, apply warm, watering sauce and garnish with mint leaves.
