Rabbit in red wine - delicious and festive!
How to prepare rabbit in red wine:
1 Rinse and soak the rabbit carcass into a deep container with water and a few drops of vinegar.
2 Leave the rabbit in the tank for 3 hours, then blot carcass thick paper towels.
3 To cut the carcass into portions pieces and lightly fry in a little olive oil.
4 Then, in the same oil fry the coarsely chopped onion and garlic until golden brown.
5 Put the onion, garlic and rabbit meat in a deep pan, add salt and pepper to taste, sprinkle with oregano and add the tomato sauce and wine.
6 Put on low heat and cook for one and a half hours.
7 Serve and garnish with fresh herbs.
