How to prepare chicken, baked with grated potatoes:

1 Fillet cut and properly repulse. Put on a baking sheet, the laid foil. Season with salt and pepper.
2 Tomatoes cut into slices and put on the fillets.
3 Potatoes grate.
4 In a separate bowl, slightly beat eggs, add sour cream, finely chopped onion and garlic. Season with salt and pepper. All mix well and add the grated potatoes. Again mix.
5 The resulting mass spread an even layer on top of the fillet with tomato.
6 Bake in the oven until golden brown. Cut into portions and serve.
