Potato gratin with meat
All sorts of casseroles fall like the majority of housewives as their preparation takes quite a bit of time, and the result is quite decent.
How to prepare potato gratin with meat:
1 Potatoes Wash, peel and cook until tender. Make good mashed potatoes adding butter, a little milk and one raw egg
2 Onions cut into smaller fry. Add the onions to the beef and fry well, almost up to readiness.
3 In a baking dish put ½ of the mashed potatoes, smooth. For mashed potatoes lay out the stuffing. Over stuffing a second portion of mashed potatoes. Beat 2 eggs (you can add a little cream) and pour over the potatoes. Sprinkle with grated cheese and herbs.
4 Bake for 20 minutes at 200 degrees.
