This recipe came to us from the Latvian cuisine and, as far as I know, has already managed to settle down in Russia. And now it's time to tell you how to actually cook the cutlets of the beans.

How to prepare cutlets of beans:

1 To begin with, of course, beans soaked overnight in cold water. Then we boil it until tender and twice mince.
2 We cooled our weight and then add it to the pre-chopped and fried onion in the oil. Then add the beaten egg, salt and flour.
3 All the ingredients are thoroughly mixed. That mass of meatballs and ready! We share it on medium-sized pieces and form one round patties, crumble them in breadcrumbs and fry on both sides until golden brown.
4 On burgers meatless bean instead of eggs in scrolled through the wringer beans add grated on a fine grated raw potatoes (enough for one small stuff), do not add butter, fry patties in vegetable oil.
