Ingredients:

carrot 3 pc.
white cabbage 2000 g
beet 3 g

How to prepare pickled cabbage:

1 Prepare the marinade: - 0.5 liters of water - 3 tablespoons of sugar with a slide - 3 tablespoons of salt without slides - 1/2 cup vegetable oil - a pinch of ground chili pepper - 2 bay leaves - 3/4 cup of vinegar - 1 head of garlic mashed - --- boil the marinade: all boil 10 minutes.
