Clear meat pie!
Cake just a delight !! gentle potato dough and lots of juicy and aromatic stuffing advise to try !! The cake is delicious and hot and cold !!
How to prepare clear meat pie!:
1 For the dough: 200 gr. potatoes, 200g. flour, 1 egg, 50g. butter, salt.
2 For the filling: 500g. pork (or minced), 2 peppers, 1 tomato, 2 small onions ,, 100 ml. whipping cream (33-38%), 100 ml. milk, 2 small eggs (to fill), 2 tbsp tomato paste, salt, pepper, a little grated cheese.
3 Potatoes cut into small pieces and boil in salted water until tender. Then drain the water, mash with a potato. Add egg, oil, mix well. Pour the flour and knead the dough. We spread it in a split mold, making bumpers send in the freezer while preparing the filling. Pepper cut into not large, lightly fry. Onion shred, fry in a separate pan, add the meat, cut into small cubes, fry until almost cooked, salt.
4 Add the pepper and finely chopped tomato, spread the filling on the dough. mix the cream, milk and tomato paste. Add the egg, lightly whisk. Salt, pepper. Pour the filling of the pie bake 40 minutes at 200C. For 10 minutes until cooked sprinkle with grated cheese.
