How to prepare chicken saltisons:

1 Chicken separated from the bones and cut into small pieces.
2 Add chopped garlic (via masher), spices and dry gelatin (powder).
3 Mix well and put in the package for baking - fix to the inside is not exposed to water. And then put in a baking dish cake.
4 Put in a pot of water, so that water reaches the level of the meat in the package.
