raisins 100 g
almond 100 g

How to prepare curd easter:

1 Curd twice rubbed through a sieve, add the sour cream and mix well.
2 Oil rubbed white-hot with sugar, gradually add the eggs and continue to rub until completely dissolved sugar crystals. Then combine this mixture with the cheese, add the washed and dried seedless raisins, almonds.
3 Fill in the form of a mass, cover and saucer with a small load and put in the fridge for 1-2 days.
4 Ready Easter out onto a plate, coat with sour cream and garnish as desired.
