How to prepare meat patties with oat flakes and parmesan:

1 Minced meat - 700 gr Oat flakes - 0.5 cups Egg - 1 pc Milk - 5 table spoons of cheese - 50 g Onions - 1 piece Salt and pepper - to taste Vegetable oil - for frying.
2 Oat flakes mixed with egg and milk and leave to swell for 30 minutes
3 Mix the minced meat with the softened flakes.
4 Add grated cheese on a fine grater and chopped onion, salt and pepper and mix well.
5 Form patties, optional roll in breadcrumbs or flour.
6 Fry on medium heat on both sides until golden brown.
7 Cutlets are very lush and luxuriant.
