How to prepare cutlets "kapustyanki":

1 Cabbage - 0.5 kg Semolina - 2 tbsp. tablespoons vegetable oil -1-2 Art. spoons of water - 0.5 cups of salt, pepper to taste breadcrumbs or crushed crackers for breading
2 Finely chop or shred the cabbage, add water, vegetable oil and cook in a deep frying pan until soft. Then, pour a thin stream of semolina and continue to cook, stirring occasionally, for 10-15 minutes. At the end add salt and pepper to taste. Cool.
3 To form patties, roll in breadcrumbs and fry until golden brown on both sides. And if you add the batter a little finely grated hard cheese, the crust is crispy and very tasty.
