Cottage cheese rolls - soft unreal!
How to prepare cheese scones:
1 Flour - 360 g Cottage cheese - 180 g Milk - 70 ml Sugar - 120 g Butter - 60 g Chicken Eggs - 2 pcs. The yeast - 1 tsp.. Zest of a lemon or orange yolk Pinch of salt for the lubrication of rolls
2 Prepare a brew. In the warm milk dissolve the yeast with a couple of tablespoons of flour and sugar. Put in a warm place for 15-30 minutes.

6 Add the sifted flour and stir until the dough will gather into a ball.
7 Put the dough on a floured table and hybrids hands. You should get a very soft dough.
8 Cover the dough with a towel and put in a warm place for 1 hour. The dough will increase in volume.
9 Divide dough into equal pieces, shape rolls. Lay them on a baking sheet, Cover the towel and let go another 20 minutes. Heat oven to 200 degrees.
