How to prepare goulash:
1 Meat wash, dry, cut into pieces a la carte. Onion finely chopped.
2 In a deep frying pan heat the oil and fry the meat over high heat, about 5 minutes. Add the onion to the meat and fry over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes. Goulash with salt and pepper, sprinkle with flour. Mix well. And fry about 2-3 minutes.
3 Add the tomato. paste, mix well.
4 Pour into a goulash 2-3 cups of water or broth. Stir, add lavr.list. Cover and simmer over low heat, at low boil for 1-1.5 hours.
