Juice for the liver
May dandelions - a real doctor! We go and do not pay attention to it. And in vain, dandelion can be cooked a delicious jam, regenerating liver cells and purifying the blood.
How to prepare juice for the liver:
1 Tear 300-400 pieces of yellow dandelion flower clusters, cover with water so that it completely covered the flowers. Let stand up day.
2 The next morning flowers squeeze, pour 0.5 liters of boiling water and boil for 15-20 minutes. * Add 1 kg of sugar and 1-2 crushed lemon (you can with peel), 1 h. Spoon of citric acid and boil for 5-7 minutes more.
3 When the jam takes on the color of honey, remove from the heat.
4 Allow to cool, strain through cheesecloth and boil the resulting mass is 1-2 min., Cool.
5 Jam is ready!
6 Take in the morning on an empty stomach for 1 st. spoon, dissolving in a glass of green tea or tea from a thistle.
7 Milk Thistle and Dandelion act on the body as an anti-inflammatory, choleretic and tonic, clearing the liver from toxins and radionuclides.
8 This jam is also useful for the prevention of bronchitis. Eat at least 2 tablespoons at a time - a great effect!
