Patties "cigar" with cabbage
Ingredients - minimal. Kneading - instant. Result - thin, crispy dough. A great recipe!
How to prepare patties "cigar" with cabbage:
1 Of flour, butter, water and salt knead the dough is soft and elastic. Filling - braised in a pan slaw with onions and carrots on a fine grater grated boiled egg.
2 We share the dough into 12-14 pieces. Each piece is practically roll out until clear and we place on the edge of the filling.
3 Carefully wrap, shaping our "cigar", spread on a baking sheet seam down. Grease with egg and bake at 200 degrees for 20-30 minutes, until golden brown.
