How to prepare fungal kulechki:

1 - 1 pack of ready puff pastry - 5 potatoes mean value - 2 onions - 200 g of dried mushrooms - 100 g of cheese - 1 bunch of parsley - 2 eggs - Pepper to taste
2 Mushrooms soak, boil, squeeze.
3 Potatoes cooked in a "uniform", clean, cut into cubes.
4 Mushrooms fried with onions.
5 Cheese grate.
6 Potatoes, cheese, mushrooms, pepper, mix well.
7 Thawed puff pastry cut into rectangles.
8 Eggs, lightly beaten.
9 The inside of the resulting rectangles lubricate the egg, put the filling and roll into kulёchki.
