Light soup with chicken and cauliflower
How to prepare chicken soup of cauliflower:
1 Meat boiled in 3 liters of salted water with the bay leaf.
2 Carrots grate, chop the onion finely and fry until golden brown in vegetable oil.
3 Potato peel and cut into cubes. In the broth add defrosted cauliflower, peas and potatoes. For 5-7 minutes until cooked add the pasta and carrots and onions. Simmer until cooked pasta.
