How to prepare classic lasagna:
Onions finely chopped, cut into tomatoes, cheese and carrots on a grater, garlic.
In a deep frying pan heat the vegetable oil and fry onions until golden brown.
Once the onion is fried, add carrots to it, fry for 5 minutes.
Then add minced meat, spices for minced meat, mix well and fry on low heat for another 10 minutes.
Then add the tomato puree, tomatoes, garlic, cook over low heat for another 10 minutes, salt and pepper to taste.
We prepare the sauce Bechamel. In another pan or in a saucepan, melt the butter. Add the flour and fry for 5 minutes until golden, constantly stirring the resulting lumps.
Separately boil the milk, pour into it a pinch of nutmeg and a bay leaf. Let's brew for 10 minutes and take out the bay leaf.
Add milk to the flour, pour it in a thin trickle so that no lumps form and cook, stirring constantly with a whisk until the sauce thickens. Do not let it boil. At the very end, we bring it to a boil and remove it from the fire. Slightly salted and peppered.
On the bottom of the baking dish, oiled with vegetable oil, pour a little bit of Béchamel sauce, lay the finished lasagna sheets; they do not require cooking for this recipe, so we simply pack it.
On top of the test lay out the meat filling, from above generously pour the sauce bechamel and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Repeat the layers until all the ingredients are used.
After the cheese, spread the dough sheet, pour on the Béchamel sauce, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for 40 minutes in a hot oven (200 ° C) until a crispy crust is formed.
We remove the prepared lasagna from the oven, let it stand for about 10 minutes, and then cut into portions. Bon Appetit!
