How to prepare christmas gingerbread:

1 Cut the butter into cubes and mix in a saucepan with honey and sugar, put on low heat, stirring occasionally, until sugar is dissolved. Leave to cool.
2 In a separate bowl, thoroughly mix flour, baking powder and spices.
3 Add the flour to the cooled honey mass and knead the dough. The dough should get myagim and stringy, not stick to your hands. Wrap it with cling film and place in the fridge for a couple of hours.
4 Preheat oven to 180 C. Remove the dough from the refrigerator, roll on the surface sprinkled with flour in a layer thickness of 5-6 mm. Cut cookie mold, the hole can be done using a cocktail stick. Put the cookies on a baking sheet, the laid paper baking.
5 Bake for 12-14 minutes. Allow to cool and can be coated with the glaze. To prepare the glaze, combine powdered sugar and lemon juice. Apply the glaze using a pastry bag or a syringe, if neither one nor the other, do not despair, use tight package, make a very small hole in the corner and you're done.
6 Allow the glaze to dry and all can be hung on the Christmas tree or eat).
