Cranberry mousse with semolina
How to prepare cranberry mousse with semolina:
1 Cranberry mash with under non-oxidizing dish.
2 Add mashed berries 100 ml of boiling water and squeeze the juice.
3 Scrap obtained add water (300 mL), add sugar and boil.
4 In the broth add the semolina and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
5 It should look something like a thick porridge.
6 When the porridge has cooled, add the juice and whisk well. Weight brighten and increase in volume.
7 Ready mousse in portions spread out on the cups and place in the refrigerator. You can sprinkle it with grated chocolate and garnish with berries.
