How to prepare banana cake:
1 Roll out the dough on a surface which will roll out - necessarily sprinkle with flour to avoid sticking the dough. Roll the dough out onto a baking sheet (I use baking paper, but if there is no such available, you can simply sprinkle with flour) and lubricate the prepared mixture.
2 Mix the sugar with the cinnamon. Sprinkle the dough.
3 Slice the bananas and arrange on top.
4 Put in the oven, preheated to 180 for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, mix the remaining sugar and vanilla sugar and cinnamon. After 15 minutes remove an half finished dish and sprinkle with prepared mixture and put another 15 minutes in the oven. The top layer of sugar should be completely melted by heat, it turns caramel film.
